Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions are considered as acknowledged and accepted once you have booked with The Sydney Mixologists.

Deposits and Cancellations

  • To secure your booking with The Sydney Mixologists we require a non-refundable 20% deposit.
  • There is a one week holding fee for your date, if the deposit hasn’t been made within 7 days of the invoice being sent, The Sydney Mixologists have the right to release the date of your event.
  • The remaining 80% of the invoice is due 14 days prior to the event – if by any unfortunate circumstances, the client cancels the event within 7 days of the event date, The Sydney Mixologists will refund 50% of the total value.
  • The Sydney Mixologists won’t accept refunding for cancellations within 48 hours of the event.

Alcohol, Ingredients and Mixers (Birthday Bash Open Bar)

  • If you have booked The Sydney Mixologists for the Birthday Bash Open Bar, TSM have the right to keep any left over Alcohol, Ingredients and Mixers at the end of the event.
    Lost, Broken or Damaged Glassware
  • Any lost, broken or damaged glassware will be charged $6 per glass. If you find glassware on your premises after the event is done The Sydney Mixologists do not hold responsibility for this as we are thorough in checking the premises.

Damages of Goods and Environment

  • The Sydney Mixologists are extremely responsible and careful in ensuring that nothing is damaged, however in the case where there are damages in the duration of setting-up, operating times and packing up The Sydney Mixologists do not hold responsibility. The client is accountable for adjusting the environment to ensure that The Sydney Mixologists has easy access to prepare, serve and pack up our belongings.
  • The Sydney Mixologists will be using your home/office space at the discretion and accountability of our client.

Travel & Delivery Costs

  • Travel costs do apply for every event. The Sydney Mixologists will ensure that you are aware of the travel fee costs as it will be mentioned in the quote.
  • In the instance where the client needs to change the venue, the cost may vary depending on the new location.


  • The Sydney Mixologists uses a Hyundai iLoad for delivering items for an event, for corporate events a loading dock is required where we are able to stay for the duration of the event. On other instances where a loading dock is not required or is unavailable for the duration of the event a parking space closest to the venue is to be arranged.
  • Any costs incurred for parking (street parking, Wilson car park etc) will be charged after the event based on the amount The Sydney Mixologists had to pay.
